Dadurch dauern Bestellungen sehr lange und einzelne Punkte werden teilweise vergessen. Das Hotel liegt etwas höher gelegen. Dadurch hat man zwar eine schöne Aussicht, allerdings weigern sich manche Tuk-Tuks, bis ganz nach oben zu fahren, sodass man ein Stück bergauf gehen muss, was auf Dauer etwas nervig...

"Best accommodations we stayed at in the Philippines. Room was large, clean and well maintained. Staff were attentive. We often brought a lot of sand into the room and they cleaned it up quickly. Bed was very comfortable. Room was surprisingly quiet considering we were right beside a busy road. We paid for breakfast to be included. It was tasty, buffet style so you could choose how much you ate, and variety from day to day. Honestly a great stay."

"We loved our stay at Lawka! The location in Lio was great and being in the Kayle Artisano complex gave us access to some fun shops and restaurants. The room was very accommodating and modern. The staff was helpful and having a scooter included with the room is a huge plus. Also a huge shoutout to the Lawka coffee shop. Some of the best coffee we had during our trip and it was super practical to be able to grab a quick bite while checking out. A free coffee per day was included for each guest and...

"From checking in, the staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and had great view from the deck over the beach. Hotel is maintained and being improved but a little dated although that didn't bother us. Great value for the price and rooms have fridge and kettle, restaurant is open air and nice for sunset. A less busy beach than El Nido with tours still available from the beach if wanted and kayaks at the hotel. Staff can help with any of your requests to adventure around and experience...

"It wasn't an issue about the room being clean, it was an issue about the elevator smelling like mold, and the room smelling like mold. They really need to turn the fans on and air out the rooms before people arrive. We had five people total, and three of them got a headache from the mold. This is not a healthy living environment. Nonetheless, at no fault to the staff, it was a decent stay with great beds, but that mold really needs to be remediated."

"On check-in, the wash hands basin in our room was blocked and had murky water in it. Other than that the room was acceptable. Most disappointingly, the swimming pool was out of commission. The breakfast menu was very limited and the area adjacent to the dining room hadn't been cleaned for some time. The staff tried hard but were very young and inexperienced.
