The staff were very friendly and helpful, we were pleasantly surprised upon our arrival to get upgraded to a Sea/Mountain view villa, and the accommodations were very nice! "Beautiful resort. Loved the options of 4 pools to choose from. The room was spacious and offered wonderful amenities. The breakfast and dinner staff was very friendly and accommodating. In particular, we appreciated their focus on naming allergens in all their dishes. That made it easiser for my son to eat safely and comfortably.
