"By far, OYO Rockssar was the best 2-star hotel we experienced in this 3 week trip in the Philippines from Iloilo to Cebu (OYO in Moalboal cancelled on us last minute so not impressed =(), to Panglao, Coron then back to Manila. "I put terrible because this place is non-existence. I booked thru Expedia for my nephew to stay in Puerto Prinsesa from May 5-7. When he called to let them know that he is arriving late. A certain staff said unfortunately they cant accommodate and honor the online booking since OYO 900 Tahanan Ni Kuya Juan doesnt pay their management service to them.
