Cathedral Gorge State Park is a beautiful place riddled with rock formations like this pedestal.

The Snow Moon was so bright that it lit up the slot canyons at Cathedral Gorge State Park as if it were daylight, and made the scene look like it was photographed on another planet. In this shot, looking out towards the night sky, you can spot Orion among the few stars that were bright enough to shine through the moon’s luminosity!
