"Got confirmation from Hotels.com, but Hampton said they never recieved it. There were no rooms available once I arrived. This was a work trip and a co-worker and I were sharing a rental car. He had a room and I had to find another location for the night. It was a huge problem as well as costing additional travel expenses."
