"I am just back from Tours and a stay at Mansion Jules.
Fantastic! The place got style and class!
It is like staying in a big private house where everything is to the highest standard including service and cleanliness.
The location is very close to the railway station and the Cathedral.
I can strongly recommend the place.

"This was a very nice hotel in a convenient area. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There is no elevator so travelling with large luggage may be inconvenient with the stairs bit I did see hotel staff providing assistance with baggage. I definitely recommend this hotel if you want to be in walking distance of the city center."

Leuk hotel. Voor wie...

"It’s a great location. Lobby and restaurant are bright and modern. Staff were generally helpful. However signage for the restaurant hours of operation is very confusing and even when I asked, I did not get a good response. One elevator needs maintenance."

Reception is nice, as the back to the room at 9pm n found out that the AC does not working ( room getting pretty hot ) , Antoine respond it well and we ask can we be move and he check n move ua to neighbouring Hilton Garden . Where we spend 3nights , Hilton Garden also pretty nice hotel, I think both hotels are best choice...

"The hotel is good overall. But I had a bumpy check-in on the first day. When I arrived around 9:20pm, the hotel front door was locked and dark inside. I knocked on the door and there was no answer. And it's on a very small and quiet street. I waited and waited, until a local lady passed by - from whom I asked for help, Luckily she found the number to call and helped me connect to the reception, and I was able to check in. I wish there were better solutions available for late arrivals."
