"Beautiful hotel, and delicious breakfast. The only issue I had is that there was a film festival happening right outside my window. The event was extremely loud and went on after midnight. Since the room didn't have AC, it was hard to keep the windows closed so that meant we couldn't go to sleep until very late, and were constantly being awake by the noise outside."

"This was by far the biggest disappointment of our entire trip to Switzerland. If you are traveling from the United States, especially with children who are used to air conditioning, do not stay in these apartments during the summer. There is no air conditioning, and the only solution offered was an old fan. We barely slept because the apartment became unbearably hot at night. When we arrived, there was not a single towel in the apartment. We had to pay extra just to receive towels. Charging...

"Omdat er geen airco aanwezig is moesten snachts de ramen open om de slaapkamer enigszins te koelen. Omdat er geen horren voor de ramen zaten, vlogen er binnen de kortste keren 20 vliegen binnen die ons de halve nacht wakker hebben gehouden. Ook op het terras van het hotel waren erg veel vliegen die op ons en het eten zaten."

"Very Clean room and hotel. Great Breakfast included. Only staff available as for the breakfast. No private kitchen in the apartment. But there is common kitchen/breakfast area with free coffee anytime. Free laundry/dryer available. Amazing lake across the street. It was so serene to walk along the lake. Restaurants available in the area walking distance. Free parking was available at the hotel parking lot but limited number of spaces. We got the last spot the first night as we came after 8pm...

"Was a lovely place to stay, however we weren't aware that the hotel was not staffed after 1 pm on a Monday, also the restaurant was closed on Monday but they did suggest recommendations. The only other small but strange thing was the mini bar was communal in the outer Hall. Although we were self check in on the Monday, the staff we saw on the Tuesday were very helpful"

"Nice Rigi view with a large room and large balcony. Cows and horses from the nearby farms provided a special experience for the stay. Good for those driving cars. For travellers not renting any cars, the location was quite far away from major Luzern tourist spots and thus inconvenient. Needed to transfer to local bus(es) if you were taking trains. For the room amenities, modern, pretty but impractical."

"It’s a dormitory really with a common bathroom on the floor. A little more clarity from the very beginning would have been nice. Otherwise, it said that the booth room was in another room. Too expensive for a dorm. Excellent breakfast though! Clean rooms. "
