"The breakfast and supper was great"

"The checkin was fine but the whole lobby area, hall and in my room smelled like smoke and I had booked a non smoking room. I was so exhausted after an eleven hour drive I just collapsed on the bed to rest and didn’t go out and complain. I smelled smoke all night. Didn’t sleep well. The hotel was quiet and breakfast was standard for the price."

"This place, although the pictures look nice is not what it was… it needs to be updated a lot. There are no amenities. Just the bar basics and you can get other places to go for around the same price with a lot more cleanliness and amenities included. We opted for a bed-and-breakfast instead up the street called the Eagles rest it was excellent."

"The USB charger ports in the room didn't work, it was obvious that one of them was damaged. I ended up having to charge some items in my truck. The A/C system was noisy enough to wake you up when it came on in the night. The toilet seat was loose, and about ready to cause you to fall off. I fixed that! The cleaning staff left a dirty washcloth in the bathroom. The tub was very slick, especially if you used their 3-in-one shower product. The tub had the safety handle removed, and called off...

"I had a very disappointing experience during my stay at this hotel. From the moment I checked in, there was a strong, unpleasant odor throughout the property that made it uncomfortable to even be in the room. It’s clear that the hotel is in serious need of renovation and better upkeep. The cleanliness was especially concerning. The room did not appear to have been properly cleaned, and the bedsheets seemed unchanged from the previous guest, which is completely unacceptable. Basic hygiene...
