"Valet parking was quickly responsive, I have 2 rooms, and 1 smelled like mold. Staff immediately gave me another room an additional drinking passes drinks were good . Only problem is the loud noises in the middle of the night from what sounded like package unloading. Both of my rooms guest on different floors were awaked and took a will to get back to sleep. All in all I would stay there again but on the other side of from E Bay Street"

"Cleanliness, comfort, convenience, and customer care are all reasons we will return to Sonesta Essential Savannah. Our quarters and the hotel were bug-free; the beds were firm enough for our backs and forgiving enough for a deep sleep; the location made for an easy commute to the business location and the customer care is stellar. It is apparent that all departments are on task but we were most impressed with the team's responsiveness to guests' needs and questions and concerns, especially about mobility accessible accommodations. We understand and appreciate the connection between the bug-free property status and restricting the buffet to the dining area and we hope that the property will consider Grab and Go options for people whose business days begin before breakfast hours. Even if Grab and Go remains unavailable, however, the rooms' microwave and dorm-sized refrigerator still make breakfast doable for earlier risers."

"This was an overnight stay. The refrigerator didn't get to cold. The breakfast was definitely a snack for breakfast ( to break the fast). The rooms were clean and the staff was nice."
