A little dated, as all are in that area, but clean. Easy parking and near everything. Love the fact that somebody called me to let me know about checking in when I didn't arrive before the office closed, much appreciated!

Great central location. Small bedroom small bed but it worked lol. Kitchen well equipped for 4 people. Living room/eating area good size. Bathroom with shower stall (a little small) sink & toilet. Very clean.

The house keeping never made beds or swept floors once for us and we were there for 4 days. We had to ask for more towels. We had poor intermittent wifi in our room.

Last minute renovations.

They were closed for renovations. Called two days before we were to leave on vacation. Said they had upgraded ud to another business. Green Gables cabins. It was not a up grade. The door had no handle but they put a small eyebolt so you could oprn the door. The bedroom was so small the bed just fit in the room. There wasn't even room for our luggage. We had to put them on he dinning room chair infront of the old style 19 inch TV.

Our stay was not too bad.We enjoyed our stay.Our room was clean however the main house where the office is located needs some TLC .It needs to be brought up to standard as there was garbage in the back of the office which was facing our room and didn't look very good.Eventully it was cleaned up .We had stayed there many years ago and was in much better condition.Overall we did have a nice stay .

There were lots of vacant rooms but they stuck us in an upstairs room that the a/c wouldn’t cool the room, everything was extremely outdated and needs major renovations. Windows and screens 50 years old. I could see around the heating pipes into the unit below. Deck hasn’t seen paint in 20 years. For what we got it was overpriced by $ 100 per night. Pretty convenient that the office is closed and checkout is drop key in a box, know one to voicemail concerns with.

Place was so old and needs improvements. There were bugs in our room. No staff was available at check out, quality was so low for the price we paid.

Way overpriced and needs a good update, it’s a great location and could have wonderful potential. Beds are comfortable but you will find yourself not wanting to spend time in your room . We stayed on the 2nd floor of the motel maybe there is better rooms ?

No food options are available at the motel but lots of restaurants around the vicinity. Beds were ok. No coffee available in the room either. Internet access was good. Place needs a lot of work repairs to be done. This is our second time staying here and the conditions have gotten worse! Cost me almost $1000 for three nights and will definitely not be returning!

Okay, not great.

The room was okay, but is in definite need of upgrading, especially the bathroom. The wifi was terrible and the staff was not available in the evening or morning.

It appears there are new-ish owners who are really trying to bring this property to life. Although most of the property is “old” it was very very clean and they had lots of workers renovating. There was also a new pool. And there is no longer a hot tub. My children loved the play area. I’ll be excited to see this place in another year or two. Also loved that our accommodation was like a little two bedroom apartment. So convenient!

Okay I’m going to start with the positives- this is in a great location! Very close to all the water parks, amusement parks, restaurants: basically everything you want to be close to! The pool seemed to be brand new so we really enjoyed that. That’s honestly where it ends. The exterior of the rooms are very outdated paint chipping. The room inside definitely requires some updates. It’s very outdated, tv doesn’t get many channels, the curtains were broken in our room so a lot of sun came through, the light in the bathroom wasn’t working, some interior updates like lighting, furniture, bedding, etc could definitely help with this establishment! The worst part was that we saw several earwigs when we were showering or using the bathroom. The playground area was also extremely outdated. Lots of pieces missing, wobbly and just in poor condition. The staff were great and friendly. Overall, great location but some major updates would help!

The staff are very friendly and come each night to see if we needed more towels etc. The room was very clean. The property is very outdated and in need of paint and repair outside. Staying in Cavendish it's close to everything. A Tim Horton's and Petro Canada are next door which was nice.
