"We booked a suite with lake view. The room was huge and the beds were very comfortable. 2 air conditioners to keep us cool in the heat. 2 tvs and it was nice to have a kitchen. Could be a little better supplied with a toaster and a kettle. Anything extra we needed they brought to our room"

"The staff were friendly and helpful. Good breakfast. The bed was comfortable. The room I was initially given had a broken door lock to a balcony that could be accessed by other rooms and from the beach. Due to forest fires causing fewer clients, the staff was able to move me, but I was concerned what if that had not been the case. The initial room also had a fridge that had not been defrosted so frozen water dropped on what needed to be stored in the fridge. I went through 3 broken TV remote controls before I was given one that worked. When I checked in there was no notification of a warning to not drink the water due to high Magnesium levels (city of Osoyoos issue), so I only saw it in the morning and had already consumed it."

"Our stay at the Avalon was good. The rooms was a tight fit for five as the pull out couch took up the entire front room, but we made it work. It was cozy and clean, and having the kitchen space was great for cooking. The back room was warm as the air conditioning is in the front with the pull out bed, but if the door of the bedroom stayed open, it was manageable. The front desk fella was very helpful."
