"Complaint: When we booked our room on Expedia we specifically told them My husband is wheelchair bound. The hotel then put us in a “disabled” room grab bars in a step over tub. Not a roll/walk in shower we requested. We were also put on the 3rd floor. Unsafe in case of fire. We left earlier than planned so my husband could go home and shower."

"Air conditioning was great. Cleanliness and comfortable could be better. People live there. Very messy. People live there was fighting and had guns in there hands when the elevator door opened. One guy asked me what kind of drugs I was selling as I was walking back to my room. Smoking weed on the balconies. Rooms need to be remodeled. It's close to the airport which is great. But for it marked as a 4star hotel, it could have been more cleaner and safer"

"Very well located in the Vista, many (and varied) restaurants within walking distance… as is both the State house and the Museum of Art.
Very well appointed rooms, extremely attentive staff. Our favorite place to stay in Columbia. And pet friendly!"
