The hotel was a great value with the property right on the port. The staff were very friendly and responsive. We couldn’t really see the ocean from our rooms, but we were close. The “beach” was really the boat docks. The hotel paired with Star Tours for all snorkeling adventures which is nice.

Staff was very courteous and helpful. The room had a refrigerator and a small coffee maker but coffee was only provided for the first day. Drinking water was available from a bottle near the room. The room was spartan but clean and the A/C worked well. The location was convenient and walkable to everything. The rooms are not handicapped friendly. The nearby beach is not swimable but the pool is nice. We stayed a week and would return.

The Staff was fantastic! Extremely helpful. The cottage was perfect for our stay in Caye Caulker with one exception... the bed was a kin to sleeping on plywood with a comforter for mattress. That is the ONLY con to staying at Tropical Paradise. A more comfortable bed and we would have no complaints. Henry and the rest of the Staff including the restaurant on the property are the reasons we wouldn't hesitate to come back.

Quiet little hotel at the end of Caye caulker. The beds were comfortable and the room was perfectly decent. The air conditioning could have worked a little better but I would stay again if I returned

Lovely property right on the beach with a swim up pool bar, so the best of both worlds for beach and pool. The hotel run excursions too, which was a huge bonus and the snorkelling trip was absolutely fantastic. We thoroughly enjoyed it and I would definitely recommend. Very pleased with our stay here.
