Quiet place on a private island. It’s good if you want to lay back and relax, definitely not the party scene. No food or juice after 9pm. Hotel is clean and newly built

This hotel is beautiful. The staff was amazing, especially Denise and Leslie. Denise was super helpful booking the excursions and made sure to check in with the company to make sure I made it safely to them and back to the hotel safely. She took her time to carefully explain each tour and made a way to get me the tours I was most interested in. Leslie is like a ball of energy, he gave suggestion on place to check out in Belize. I could literally sit at the bar with him all day. Overall the staff was amazing and views were beautiful.

Great staff, super clean. Water taxi provided at no cost. Fairly close to the split if you take that route to travel to the other side of the island.

Was surprised and not happy about 10% fee upon checking in. Asked for early check in. Even though all of the staff confirmed that this was a slow time for the hotel (I saw hardly any guests during my stay), the receptionist said they had to have the cleaning staff clean the grounds before they could get a room ready for me so could not get an early check-in. Wouldn't work with me on a credit. What bothered me was they would but need to go through Expedia. Then they said the people that can issue a credit weren't working that day so I was out of luck getting a credit even though I checked out a day early Pools are beautiful, but there are no umbrellas or shade to help with the sun.

This place is such a hidden gem due to its newness. Love that it is off on the north island so you can enjoy some peace and quiet but having the luxury of the scheduled ferry boat to take you to the South Island is really great. The room is very clean and modern. Also the bar/restaurant staff are incredible and they have some great eats.

The beaches all over Belize are covered in red stinky algae, seaweed which they said was toxic. So other than the beach, the hotel was excellent and they have 2 beautiful pools one won was geared to children with a fun slide. The staff was so friendly and educated us on great tour’s etc We had a lot of fun

The place is beautiful. The only problem is the smell from the sea Moss that gathers on the front, but I don’t see how that can be cleaned up. Other than that, I think the price was perfect for the amenities.

It is a new hotel and could be a very nice hotel but there are things that still need to be done before anybody would want to stay there. We stayed in a room with no phone and no clock no view and windows that couldn’t even open.. There’s nothing to do. They do offer a free ferry to get to the other side of the island where things are happening. They have no bike rental no ability to set up tours. The local Bliss beach is closed from Monday through Thursday. It is a beachfront property that is covered in sarcasm so you can’t use the beach anyway. they have a nice pool. It is as if they opened too soon they have condos. They are called the blue Zen which does you know good at the hotel the condos have a fitness center, kayaks, other activities, but the hotel has nothing. If you like room service, there is none. If you’d like to watch anything on Netflix or prime good luck. They have a small restaurant out on the dock we had two breakfast there one was OK and one was good. Even if you get a good deal on Expedia, I would wait till this hotel has better amenities before I would look at ever staying there again. No fault to the staff. They were awesome. They were communicating with me on WhatsApp because we didn’t have any kind of phone system to communicate on. They have a beach towel that you can use while you’re there that was nice. in all reality if I come back to the island, I will stay on the southside.
Bad season for sarcasm. They are out there trying to dig it out and haul it off but it’s a huge problem.

The hotel was absolutely beautiful, very clean, everything new and with nice touches. Friendly staff and the best swimming pool (for lap swimming) that I've found in the region. Highly recommend.

really appreciated my stay at Zenses in Caye Caulker. One of the highlights was the complimentary boat taxi service—it made a huge difference. I preferred staying away from the busier parts of the island, and the boat made it easy and convenient to get around without sacrificing peace and quiet. The property itself was fairly clean and comfortable. However, the food options on-site were quite limited, so I often had to venture out to find meals. Overall, it was a relaxing stay, especially if you’re looking for something a bit more removed from the main hustle of Caye Caulker.

Clean, new hotel, lovely staff it's a nice place for relaxing by the pool, a little over priced and they are clearly doing some construction. Overall good place .

Fantastic stay for my birthday!! I absolutely loved everything about this resort! The location was the best of both worlds. The staff was amazing and made my birthday so special. I was happy to find a beautiful swimsuit in the gift shop too. Brand new absolutely beautiful resort. Much love to Dennis, Traci, Jamie and Patrick!
