"From the time we were picked up at the airport until the time they dropped us back off, everyone at the Alaia was top notch. Our room was amazing, the pools were really clean and not crowded, the food was good and service was really great. Honestly, I have nothing below great to say about any aspect of the resort. "Our family of 3 had an amazing week at Ramon’s. Despite being in the heart of town near the airport, the resort was very quiet and it was always easy to find an open hammock or beach chair. The team at the dive shop was very knowledgeable coordinating 3 snorkel trips for us. Highly recommend!"

The staff booked us a reservation at Mambo with a driver or boat pickup depending on the weather. The breakfast was good but very few options for dinner at the onsite restaurant.
