"The rooms are small and minimalist but that's OK as they get everything else right. The rooms were spotless, the property was beautifully kept and the price of booking was affordable. The attached restaurant had excellent and affordable food, in fact we noticed that many of its patrons were locals. The location being 20 minutes from the airport was a nice added bonus. "

"The Air conditioner worked. That was good. However, we were concerned to find debris on the bed … bits of sand and some dead bugs on top of the sheets. The bed is right underneath the A/C unit … maybe debris blown onto the bed when the A/C was turned on? The office was closed by the time we noticed at bedtime, so we could not change rooms or request fresh sheets (the sheets also had stains on them). I also contacted their customer service multiple times for a refund since the service was not rendered, and also for assistance since they did not have an option for contactless check in. "Sir Angel’s Guesthouse started as a longtime Belizean family home, and it is even named after the patriarch, Angel. Communication while booking was timely and accurate.
