We loved our stay at Las Terrazas! The staff were wonderful. We stayed in a 3 bedroom Garden View Condo. Our group was 4 adults and 3 children and the staff easily accommodated the extra person. The condo was quite large so we had lots of space. Our kids loved the pool. There were lots of restaurants around the resort, along with a grocery store close by. We ate at the resort restaurant once, and it was delicious. The proximity to Secret Beach was perfect! We loved that beach and how close we were to it when compared to other resorts. There are busy parts of Secret Beach but we found a quiet place to go and it was amazing. The resort offered a shuttle to San Pedro but we rented golf carts to get around. We booked our snorkeling tour through the resort and the boat came to pick us up at the dock of the resort. So easy! Overall, we had such a great time and would definitely go back to this resort.

When we got there the room was fresh and clean . Friendly staff , so helpful and very very attentive.. clean beach ! Felt very safe , when I woke up for the early sunrise on sea front . Very private and relaxed feel. Food and cocktails were delicious.. Had a very pleasant stay with my family. Definitely a place we would stay again.

GOOD: -Beautiful pool -Sargassam cleaned every morning. The importance of this becomes apparent after visiting other hotels where it is not. -Resort size is nice. -Fun Officer Joel is awesome The BAD: -Master toilet didn't flush. Maintenance came up 4 times to fix it. We finally got it working for a couple days on our own, then it broke again. So 6 people had to share one toilet most of the trip. -Pink mold in both bathrooms -Housekeeping was friendly and seemed to clean well, but only made half the beds each time they were in. - When we arrived, the room was not stocked. Front desk was closed by the time we figured this out, so they brought things the next morning -Booked transfers through the concierge. We chose to upgrade to arrive by boat, which was a little more expensive. When we arrived we were told it was too late to take the boat in so had to take the van. Concierge knew our arrival times when they booked this for us. Their solution was to take us out by boat when we left, but we were disappointed. - The tub in the master is a plain small bathtub. Not the jacuzzi tub they show in pictures. - The plunge pool is tired and old -We had a special birthday dinner on the beach. Manager interrupted to let us know they had undercharged one person $10 at the pool the prior day and demanded payment. Ruined the occasion. - Rooftop bar was not open the entire time. Pool bar was only open one day. -Only 2 old chairs in balony, no table -Loud construction started before 8

We had a wonderful stay at Las Terrazas Resort! From the moment we arrived and were greeted with a complimentary beverage, we felt relaxed and welcomed. Hector was absolutely wonderful — attentive, professional, and genuinely kind. The entire staff was friendly and accommodating, always making sure we had everything we needed. The suites were spacious and beautiful, the food was excellent, and the beach massage was truly a highlight — so relaxing with the sound of the ocean in the background. We also loved using the kayaks and Hobie; such a fun way to enjoy the water. A fantastic experience from start to finish!

The food is outstanding for a small resort. The condo needs more cooking and eating tools. Only a set for 2 people. Lots of very nasty mosquito’s bring bug spray

Pros: They upgraded me from one room to two rooms with a full kitchen. Staff is really nice. Restaurant food is tasty. Not that many guests so perfect for relaxation. Cons: IT IS FAR. Very far. Compared to the other hotels on the strip it’s a 30 min drive from the airport. 25 min drive from San Pedro. The golf carts only go so fast so a 15 min drive into town is actually 25 minutes. Water and electricity cut off. No running water for a few hours in the morning. Power cut off for 30 minutes. Staff was nonchalant about it “Island Life”. Water was brown coming out of faucet.

Our 15 th Anniversary Girls Trip was one of our best the resort was beautiful and comfortable. The room had 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms and a laundry . The property provided laundry pods and bottled water daily. The beds were extremely comfortables. They were doing work on the property so we didn’t have access to the beach. The reservation staff especially Joel and the young ladies were very helpful helping us to change our flight reservations, giving us directions and providing recommendations for things to do and places to eat. Our room came with daily breakfast which was superb a variety of choices the resting manager and server Carla treated us like family and remembered what each of the four us wanted everyday. Stuart the bartender provided us with great drinks and great conversation and service. We can’t wait to return to Las Terazzas
