"Me parece ser o melhor hotel da ilha. O quarto maior é muito bom. Espaçoso. Senti falta de algumas cortesias mais específicas (água diariamente, por exemplo, e abertura de cama à tarde). Mas nada que prejudique. Café da manhã de qualidade. Tem certa variedade. Ótimas frutas. O atendimento, como em toda a Colômbia, é “curioso”. Em geral, as pessoas não são nada simpáticas. No hotel, 30% era simpático. Os demais, quase nada - mas, repito, me parece algo do país (o que é uma pena, em se tratando...

"Hotel e receptivo maravilhosos. O Atendimento de toda equipe foi fantástica com destaque para a Andrea e Andrés. Já na recepção de chegada fomos surpreendidos com toalhas refrescantes de drink de flor da Jamaica delicioso. Não havíamos conseguido reserva o restaurante mais disputado da região mas eles com toda dedicação conseguiram uma reserva para nós, isso sem dúvida foi o Wow de uma experiência. O Hotel é lindo, super limpo e muito acolhedor. Até hoje foi o melhor lugar que nos hospedamos....

"Total bait and switch. Booked months in advance only to arrive and find the main infinity pool closed and wrapped in ‘PELIGRO’ tape. No notice was given. Beyond the construction, the service is non-existent. You have to beg for basic bottled water and minibar refills in an ‘all-inclusive’ resort. Staff is hostile and dismissive. Avoid this place until they learn the basics of hospitality."

"The pool was under construction or they were remodeling it. It would be nice to know these things before hand because for us the pool was a big plus when booking our reservation. Also, they did not have hot water. They stated that they were having an inspection which they were verifying that they were not providing ocean water to the guests. We stayed for 3 nights and didn’t have hot water for the whole stay. Other than that, the people who work there were extremely helpful and polite."
