This is a nice and relatively new hotel, very well located, within walking distance to beach. The only inconvenient is that it is quiet hot inside the room every time you come back, they do not keep electricity when you leave room and becomes very hot without air conditioning.

Hotel não tem janelas, o quarto que ficamos com crianças tinha uma escada caracol para chegar na cama superior. A tv funcionava quando queria, água quente a mesma coisa. Para ir com crianças não foi nada confortável

Very cute updated hotel. Space is small and no windows in bedrooms but it’s nice for overnight. Only thing is that you can hear every whisper from the hallways, doors opening/shutting etc.

Destaque para o atendimento que foi muito bom, funcionarios prestativos, simpáticos, educados! Sobre o conforto e praticidade do hotel: San Andrés é uma ilha, destino onde todo mundo vai a praia, e achei a estrutura desse hotel é urbana demais pro destino. Por exemplo: não ter janelas não permite que suas roupas sequem adequadamente, não ter uma cadeira ou qualquer lugar pra sentar além da cama te impede de esperar confortavelmente enquanto outra pessoa toma banho depois que vocês voltaram da praia/passeio. Ao meu ver seria indispensável ter um varal maior pra tentar secar as roupas e uma cadeira pra sentar, ou apoiar a mala na hora de desfazer, etc. O hotel estava passando por obra que apesar do barulho não atrapalhar o sono pelos horarios, foi desagradável. As paredes são extremamente finas, se escuta tudo do lado de fora e por vezes pela manhã ouvimos as camareiras conversarem muito alto. Achei que a limpeza poderia ser melhor.

Hotel simples, sem café da manhã. Servem apenas pão e café na recepção, caso queira tomar café paga-se 32.000 pesos por dia e por pessoa e tem acesso ao hotel ao lado. Os quartos não são limpos, apenas arrumam as camas. Luzes do corredor automáticas atrapalham a noite pois a “janela” é virada para dentro. Banheiro apertado, tem água quente porém oscila a temperatura. Um ponto positivo para as meninas da recepção, sempre sorrindo, educadas e solícitas.

Quartos: as camas são bem confortáveis eles arrumam todos os dias, e o MELHOR tem água quente! Hotel: eles entregam um adaptador por quarto. Não tem café da manhã, mas de manhã fica disponível na recepção alguns pães, café e chá. Localização: levamos 7m andando do aeroporto até o hotel. A praia principal fica na rua da frente. Fizemos tudo andando, apenas para conhece a ilha que pegamos o buggy

Maravilhosa

Nossa estadia foi ótima. O hotel é bem limpo, organizado, a acomodação era super confortável e os funcionários muito atenciosos, excepcionalmente a Sirlei, que foi muito querida conosco. A única coisa que posso dar de sugestão é que poderia ter um apoio dentro do box para deixarmos shampoo, sabonete etc. Além disso, a água ia ficando fraca e aí ficávamos fechando e abrindo de novo o chuveiro para ver se melhorava, mas não impediu de tomarmos banho rsrs Tomamos café da manhã ao lado, porém é cobrado à parte e o lugar também é gostoso, tem diversas opções de alimentos e bebidas. A localização do hotel é ótima, fizemos tudo a pé, tudo é perto.

Ótimo custo benefício

Boa localização, a 1 quadra da praia, do calçadão e do centrinho comercial. 500m do aeroporto, fomos e voltamos à pé. Tem duchinha para tirar areia bem na frente do hotel. Fornecem toalhas de praia. TEM ÁGUA QUENTE NO CHUVEIRO, um grande diferencial, pois a maioria das hospedagens não tem. O único inconveniente foi que no box do banheiro vazava água por baixo do vidro do box e escorria para o quarto, mas nada que um tapete suplementar não desse conta, mas precisa de reparo. 2 camas de casal, 1 embaixo e outra em cima, com acesso escada caracol.
