"Tropical private paradise. Beautiful rustic bungalow right on aqua waters. We came on off season and felt like we had the island to ourselves. There are kayaks to use as well. If you want more restaurants and life come in the main dry season. There is coral snorkeling nearby and an amazing indigenous guide and chef named Calypso who showed us all the local animals, sloths, monkeys, frogs, caiman and plant medicines. "Absolutely stunning property. Serene and a great place to disconnect. Staff and owner were friendly and supportive. La Loma did a nice job accommodating dietary issues. I'd highly recommend a stay. Tips for visitors: Visitors should consider building in a contingency day in case an activity gets rained out. One of our party had mobility issues. The family treetop I think would be a good choice. "The Red Frog Resort is a beautifully located area. Although it rained for most of the time, the beach and property are amazing. We saw sloths, monkeys and of corse the red frogs throughout our stay. The staff was so nice and made us feel very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone looking for a quiet and beautiful experience in Bocas. "
