Cari Kastel di Cebu City

"Great staff"

"Great location and everything is perfect to stay definitely come back again.."

"Breakfast was so good, kudos to the chefs but I don't know where the problem is (Expedia or Radisson) because I booked for 3 persons with full breakfast but they only allowed 2 and I have to pay for the other 1. The staffs are accomodating and very nice. I also noticed that they are not refilling the consumables like coffe, etc everyday after cleaning, you will need to ask for it. Thank you for the free extra bed."

"Overall location and service is terrible"

"Highly recommend."

"It’s unbelievable beautiful property’"

"From the first time arriving at the hotel, i was impressed by every member of staff who were extremely helpful and friendly..from reception to the coffee shop security and cleaners. Everyone had a smile on their face and were extremely friendly. I have stayed in many hotel around the world and this one rates among the very best. It is a credit to the management and owners. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone. Thankyou"

"A little expensive for the lack of amenities. You need to pay for towels"

"Staff are very good and helpful In general very good stay."

"Love the traditional, classic, romantic and grandiose ambiance matched with great service & hospitality, makes an overall special experience."

"Great 2 day stay at the hotel. Well located in Downtown Cebu City. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The pool has a beautiful view. The gym was basic, but provided a workout nonetheless. My only issue was that my shower's water never got warm or hot."

"Clean rooms. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was excellent."

"the hotel is in a great location with alot of activity to do within the hotel tower. on the downside, the room is kindda old fashion style so it felt gloomy and dark. My toilet didn't work properly. when you flush it, it spilled a bit of water out of the toilet. And also they don't provide toilet shower so it might be not comfortable for Asian travelers."

"We love staying at Harolds. However, there is always something amiss. Keys don’t work, WiFi, telephone. But we keep going back because the staff is soo sweet and attentive. The location could be better. You need to take a cab everywhere. The rooftop is good for drinks. Nice views, but the food is so so."

"スタッフの方もいつも笑顔で気持ちよかったです"

"This hotel is fantastic. It is my seventh time staying here. They are almost finished renovations which didn't disrupt my stay. Rooms are always clean, staff are always friendly. I have stayed at approximately ten different hotels in Cebu City over the last year and none compare to the buffet breakfast at the Marco Polo! I will be going back again for sure."
