"There is no spa and no swimming pools it’s been closed for a year why do you or they advertise this and show a beautiful pool on the website. That is Miss leading . And I was very unhappy that’s why I booked it to start with I checked out early because i was mad👎"

"When I checked in, i was given a bigger room than i booked, which was nice. But the room was disgusting, there were stains on everything from the sheets, pillows, towels, and even the shower/bathtub. This hotel is very conveniently close to the north bus terminal."

"Excellent location ! Very close to the mall and has very good staff. Room is very clean and always have the things you need. Wish there’s an outlet for USB-C so for those who live in other country , don’t need to bring travel adapter . Swimming pool needs to get done soon ! All in all a good place to stay . "

"the hotel was ok, but if I will comment, these hotel is good only when delegates or group meetings are held like weddings. not suited for family or guest of 2? why? the rooms are big but only 1 lounging chair available, no center table where you can eat, no dresser stool, no hair dryer, no iron, completely disgusted. i will not comment further more, thank you"

"The Marco Polo is a great hotel to stay in Cebu city. Staff are all amazing. After a 36 hour travel day from Canada they gave us an early room checkin. The Breakfast buffet is amazing with so much selection with a lot of the items changed every day. Our room with a sea view on the 21st floor had an amazing view of Cebu city. Will definitely stay again when I return to Cebu City."
