"Toiletries etc are not in room, mouse in room, the room requires updating lots of old linen bed etc, very poor condition, relatively cheap. Surrounding area full of bad manner children always demanding money. "

"Location is a bit far from highway but accessible via private vehicle. Twin aircon room (room 2E) for only 1000ph/night plus tax. 1 table and 1 chair only. Bed is average, 1 pillow/bed which is not so comfortable but ok for the room price. No hook or something to hang your clothes. No extra slippers. Cable TV, cold AC, portable Wifi and electric kettle available upon request. Electric sockets are limited. Toilet: Heater available, good water supply at 2nd floor but no hook at hang...

"Photos are misleading. The room didn’t have a window. The door lock was cheap and insecure, it smelt of damp. There wasn’t even a bottle of water. The surrounding area had no facilities and it meant a taxi ride to do anything. It was like a cheap $10 guesthouse in rural Cambodia."

"I’ve stayed at Maxwell back in 2011 my experience back then made me go back again this. The staff are very friendly and the location just add icing to the cake. It’s close to everything. Plus the rates is very reasonable , I will come back again."
