The pictures were totally different than the actual condo. The electric kettle handle was broken and I had to hold with a towel to pour hot water. It looks like they started to update but didn't continue. The condo we are in now (same building) is MUCH better for the same price.

everything was dirty, scratched, broken, not working old, dust, and filth everywhere broken parts sitting in drawers, Internet wouldn't stay on, air conditioning would barely blow any cool air out. My stay at this condo was a complete disappointment. The room itself is a shame—outdated décor, an air conditioner that barely works, and worst of all, beds infested with bed bugs. Both my guest and I woke up covered in painful bites, which clearly shows they never change the sheets. The service only made things worse. The front-desk staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. When I asked about the pool, I was told it was “under maintenance”—no warning or apology. And the elevator? It took forever to arrive on our floor, making every trip up or down a chore. Save yourself the headache and book elsewhere. This condo is not worth the money or the stress.

Place was poorly maintained. Linens & towels looked rundown and dirty. AC was the only positive part about staying there. The bathroom had a sewer smell to it and found some flies. Place is functional but could use some upkeep. It floods when you shower. Drainage is a problem. One has to squat to shower so water will stay in one area and not flood the entire bathroom.

The Wi-Fi is very slow, and the actual room I received is completely different from the photos shown on Expedia. It turned out to be just an ordinary condo, which was quite disappointing, but I had no choice but to accept the room.

Total scam - do not book!

This is more like a private host and NOT a hotel. We were provided with no check in instructions until I messaged the property 3 hours before arrival. We were informed to get the key from the guard on duty who however was totally not expecting us and needed a lot of convincing to let us in… we then proceeded to the property which to our total surprise (and contrary to what’s advertised) had no toilet paper, no soap, no toiletries, no bottled water, only one very old and awful towel for two people, no batteries in the AC remote control, no WIFI password, no instructions on how to access the pool. The property was also unclean and with extremely old furniture and linens.. to make things worse, you can hear extremely loud music from about 9pm to 4am and you can’t sleep at all even with the best ear plugs! Given that the property is on a very high 40+ floor, this was completely unexpected..

Never ever again!!

Old disgusting unit, filthy everything, worn out everything , hookers ladyboys and tons of beggars right outside the building constantly harassing you for one thing or another, very noisy, dirty pool, left after 3 days and found a decent hotel at the baseline center which I would recommend.

Worst place ever

I’ve stayed in many hotels and apartments throughout my life, and this is by far the worst place I’ve ever been to. Dirty, unsafe, and with terrible customer service. It’s absolutely nothing like what the owner advertised. The bedsheets were torn and had blood stains on them - disgusting. Even detention centers in El Salvador have cleaner bathrooms than the one from this property. Avoid the disappointment—stay somewhere else.

普通のコンドタイプのホテルは事前に部屋番号などの情報をメッセージなどで送ってくるのが普通ですが、こちらは一切ありませんでした。 少し不安になった為、登録されている連絡先に電話しましたが一切繋がらない上、メッセージを送っても返信はありませんでした。 正直、連絡が取れない電話番号なら登録する意味は無いと思います。 部屋自体の感想はメンテナンスをしっかりやって欲しいと感じました。 飲み物を冷やそうと冷蔵庫を開けたら虫がいて引きました。 なんで冷蔵庫の中に虫がいるのかと思ったら冷蔵庫のコンセントが刺さっていなくて冷蔵庫が動いていなかったのが原因でした。 トイレに行こうとした時にはバケツ？みたいなのに変な色の水が溜まっていて不愉快な気持ちになりました。 ダメな点を挙げるとキリが無いぐらい。ちょっとの時間ですぐ出来るような些細なところなどがちゃんと管理？清掃？などが出来ていない印象でした。 利点を挙げるとするならば他の方もおっしゃっている通り立地はいいです。 でも、フィリピンはタクシー代が日本に比べて安いのですごく都心部から離れていなければ立地で不憫を感じることは無いと思うので自分的にはあまり利点としてすごくプラスにはならなかったです。

Very affordable. But the room condition is outdated and lack of cleaning maintainance... The Cabinet is broken, there's blood in the wall, so much dust in the lavatory area and even a garbage bin is no where to be found... The WORST part is, you cannot contact the number they declared online... So we decided to extend our stay somewhere else.

What I like about 101 condo is they are very helpful and clean. communication with the host needs to improve a little bit. It took us a while before they saw our reservation, idk why? Oh another thing their electric stove is not working so we have a hard time cooking. But overall they are good,safe and clean..

Hotels.com you may have a “bait and switch” vendor. As the Unit reserved per your website suddenly become unavailablen when I arrived. I was Shown two other replacement rooms that were badly arranged, small refrigerator, and in general a much lower quality unit…ugh!!! Additionally, i found Many roaches in the room. Yes, big and many small ones running around. A Unclean room, stained bed sheets, noisy Air Conditioner, and no cleaning items for the kitchen. A Small refrigerator that barely kept food cold. I am very disappointed as I have rented other units from other vendors in the building that were much better.I will NOT use this vendor again!!!!!!
