"The hotel was clean and quiet, hiwever the beds are hard as a rock. So no matter how nice a hotel is, if the bed is not comfortable, it defeats the purpose. "

"I never like to write bad reviews, but this one was a very bad experience. I picked this place since it was pet friendly. When I checked in the front desk person said that I didn't book a pet friendly room, but had no pet friendly rooms available. I asked for a refund and the person said that I needed to contact Hotels.com. The customer service team from Hotels.com stated that they can give me a refund unless the Mountain Star Inn doesn't charge for the room. This takes 24 hours, so this morning I was charged by Mountain Star Inn and I didn't even stayed there. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who is traveling with a pet. "

"Nice clean room, neat bay window you can sit at, it’s not like the other motel 6’s that have the outdoor entrances to your room, you have the hallways which always makes me feel safer. This is probably the nicest motel 6 I’ve been at, with the same great price as always! "
