"This hotel has become our "go to" favorite when staying in the Cedar Falls area. Clean, comfortable rooms. Quiet. Safe area. Very friendly staff. A nice pool. Breakfast available in the mornings. Easy to find location not too far off of highway 20. Very close to gas stations. "

"- There was no toilet paper in my bathroom - The bathroom sink leaked - The internet didn’t work - The towels were stained and didn’t smell fresh - Furniture was worn out and very outdated - Curtains were broken - One of the lamps didn’t have a lampshade - Breakfast options were minimal, but included stale cereal - I definitely would not recommend this place no matter how cheap a price. You couldn’t pay me to stay there again"
