The front desk was able to accommodate my request for early check-in; the ladies at the spa made my experience stress free & I left relaxed & rejuvenated, thanks to my excellent masseuse. "My stay was very pleasant!! Only thing to note is the parking, it's sort of confusing. It's best to park in parking garage 1 and follow the arrows to the elevator and go up to the 2nd floor. Hope this helps!!"

"Every staff member we encountered was great. My complaints are with the increasing sound level of toilet bowl. Everytime we flushed the toilet, it made a screeching sound. The air conditioner also doesn't maintain the temperature and kicked on every few minutes. The room at night was warm and loud. Because we are early risers and we're gone most of the day, it was only an issue at night time. Definitely needs to be repaired."
