"The breakfast is always great at the Hampton Inn and the staff is super friendly at this location. The room was very neat and we’ve stayed several times at this location, but there’s always an issue like the tub drain doesn’t work or an outlet is broken or the air conditioner is way too loud or a light bulb doesn’t work, etc. The lobby looks really nice and the breakfast area is decorated nicely as well. I like how the Hampton Inn includes shampoo, soap, and conditioner, in a dispenser in the shower, and body lotion in a dispenser in the bathroom. The bed was pretty comfortable and the pillows were OK… some seemed to need replacement because they were worn out. The rooms could use a color update. But the beds were made very neatly and overall the room was clean. The bathroom floor was a little sticky. Overall, I would say this hotel is good. It just needs a little more to be great."

"An excellent location to explore Chincoteague island. The room was beautiful and very clean and the amenities were great. We had a hard time getting our kiddo out of the fabulous pool! Staff was always present to answer questions and the breakfast was good before hitting the road again."

"Beautiful inn. We had a “sea view” room with a gorgeous patio overlooking the dunes and bay, perfect for breakfast dining if time allows. (The breakfast attendant was kind enough to quickly pack us a full meal of eggs, sausage, and biscuits for on the go.) The room was overall clean and very spacious; we especially appreciated the separation of the wet bar/ powder area from the bathroom. The beds were also very comfortable and we slept deeply! We look forward to staying here again."

"The Blu Fin Resort was a wonderful experience except we had a situation with the tvs and hvac units but the staff was on it and everything was back on point. The man that fixed the unit was a very cordial fella as was the one that sent him, he called back several times to make sure we were ok!!! The fan in the main bedroom didn’t have a chain on it so we couldn’t change the setting and the fan was on the highest setting!! The knob for the shower was really hard to turn on. The storm door kept getting stuck and the toilet seat was a little tricky!! The cottage was very modern and up to date and the bed was very comfortable. We really liked the kitchen and the porch was lovely!! And lastly we would really consider coming back again!!"
