"The staff is outstanding and very helpful. I enjoyed my stay. I would have rated it excellent if there was access to the lake and a tad less noisy. It was off season so I couldn’t get on the water via the hotel as it’s a private lake - who knew that was a thing?! Also, the walls are paper thin and I had noisy neighbors. I could hear every detail of the conversation in their room. I also never received the promised email receipt upon check out. "

"They allow dogs but then have no grass anywhere for your dogs to use. Everything is rocks and succulents and most of it is not even flat. At least have a decent fake grass area! I literally had to go next door behind the Chuckee Cheese for a little grass so my female dog would even go pee! It's dark back there at night, so I had to make sure I took her before 9pm when they were still open, so I would feel somewhat safe. "This is the not our first stay here. The staff is always friendly and professional. The room was clean and in good condition. The buffet breakfast is good with an ample selection of food. My only suggestion would be that since the movement away from daily service in the rooms that they at least replace the coffee and coffee cups each day.
