"Main room is too dark! Needs an overhead or wall light. Sensor lights in bathroom are not a good idea-you don’t want the lights coming on when someone uses the bathroom at night. We taped a facecloth over the switches and that worked. Gym was excellent. Breakfast was good and the beds were comfortable. "Our stay at the hotel was overall normal, but there were some issues with the airport transportation and luggage assistance. The person who picked us up at the airport had a poor attitude and did not help us with the luggage at all. We were traveling with two children and had to handle all the bags ourselves, which made the arrival stressful and uncomfortable. "The main advantage of this property is its proximity to the Trudeau-Dorval airport. We stayed at the hotel for two nights between two legs of our trip, and in our free day we were able to get to and from downtown Montreal using the hotel's shuttle bus to the airport and the 747 bus from the airport to the downtown area.
