"I need to start by saying the staff of the hotel was amazing. Having said that the hotel was in desperate need of maintenance. There were stains all over the carpets. There was mold everywhere in the bathtub and shower. The bottom of the bath tub itself was stained. The internet didn't work. The list goes on. I went to try to have dinner at the restaurant and ninety percent of the things on the menu were not available. One of the elevators did not stop correctly and was not even with the floor. I almost tripped and fell getting out of the elevator. Again the staff was kind and wonderful. But the hotel needs to be shut down and renovated from talk to bottom. "

"The hotel is located in a beautiful section of the central business district. However, the property has seen better days. It is presently in dire need of renovation. The bathroom in the panoramic room is an odious sight, with a filthy looking ring around the bathtub [I have pictures to prove it]. The carpets in the hallways are badly worn, (torn in some places) and in need of replacement, not just steam cleaning. The restaurant does not meet international standards. The food is, but only local cuisine is served. Also, do not expect to be handed a menu, as that is not available. At the price of N100,000.00 per night, this place is a waste of money. I wouldn't recommend the hotel to anyone."
