The Villa is very clean and well furnished. The jewel is the outdoor space. There is a fabulous outside kitchen, with BBQ and a fantastic sea view. Note that the villa is outside Cefalù and the road is not really walkable however the owners do offer a free pickup/drop off service to Cefalù (which we didn't use). We would have no hesitation is renting the villa again.

Beautiful view and very clean. Parking was difficult on a steep hill. Communications were not optimal. The area lost power and we were literally locked in the villa. Owners were dismissive and told us to be patient. A neighbor finally arrived to manually unlock the electric gate. We discovered that the norm in the area is to provide renters with keys to the access gates for just such an emergency. We had booked for three people but the unit was only stocked for two. While they finally brought a third set of towels we had 2 plates and 2 bowls for the entire visit. Finally, there were issues with the payment of the tourist tax as they did not collect upon arrival and did not show up for departure, resulting in an excessive overpayment by us. While they said they would repay the fee, they never found a way to do so internationally. Very frustrating compared to our other lodging in Sicily.

Very nice place. Clean, great outdoor area and very nice host family! It was very warm weather, but the aircondition worked well. Close to city center and the hosts offered to drive us around.
