Celbridge is a great little town, full of good pubs and restaurants, good location for travelling around. We used it as a base for Punchestown races.





Check-in = horrible - we did not feel "welcome" at all. Room - overall, very good - a coupe of issues - but nothing major - just disappointing issues for a 4-star hotel. Bar food - not great - was not hot enough - felt very "rushed". Check-out - whilst not as bad as check-in - it was still not great. ...

Walking distance across HaPenny to Temple Bar, Trinity College, and museums. Locke has great coffee. Places to sit abd relax in lobby and cafe.

Overall a solid stay only with a couple of interesting hiccups. Pros: - Central location, close walk to shopping and sites. - Easy check-in process - Very pleasant and friendly staff. It's just a student accommodation thats been opened up for use during the summer. It's a nice area. Felt very safe and has some food and shopping nearby. Probably a 20 minute walk from the station and city centre. The accompdation was nice, modern and comfortable. Not as good as a traditional hotel ...
