"This particular place is very expensive and it tells that you will see all kinds of animals like on a savanna, but you don’t really and everything is overpriced. 750 for a bottle of water is ridiculous
There were three hot tubs packed every night with 20 kids. It was awful. I’ll never go again.
If you want to go to Disney’s wild animal park stay at a different hotel. This one is not worth it."

"Lovely hotel, great staff, we were placed in The Carousel so couldn't have been further away from everything but peak holiday season and we arrived late in the evening and weren't staying for long so took it on the chin."

"Fully enjoyed the property and location however, not selling sunscreen by the pool was disappointing.
Also, there were a number of other pools on the property but it wasn’t very clear if those were only for Club Wyndham guests or included Wyndham Grand guests too."
