"We were so happy to stay here for two days. We took advantage of the Spa and the wonderful Healing waters. All I can say is that everyone goes out of their way for you to make sure you’re comfortable the service was fantastic. Our room clean the location absolutely perfect we would definitely come back and stay here again."

"We loved our stay at the Waldorf Astoria. Property is beautiful in and out. We loved the location. It was quiet and very safe. The Shuttle service to the different parks (Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, Epcot and Hollywood Studios) and Disney Springs was very useful and drivers were super nice. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay there again."

"I selected this property for our family Summer vacation in July 2026. The ultimate decision to stay at Portofino was the convenience of being able to walk to all the Universal parks including City Walk. The taxi ride, the garden pathway, even the shuttles are all very convenient and easy to access. Keep in mind that Epic Universe requires you to be shuttled, as it is not in the same vicinity as the other parks.
Back to Portofino, there is an aroma that the entire hotel has. A very good one that...

"I love the Carillon. When I need a break it’s my home away from home. Every room is a suite with a living room and a sleek kitchen. The beds are adjustable for firmness. The bathroom has a deep tub. I can relax in my room or at the rooftop pool or on the beach. Loads of gym classes and the saunas can keep you busy. The staff are attentive. It’s my Ahhhhh place."

"The Henderson is a beautiful property and has wonderful accessibility to the beach front as well as access to the main road for outings, dining options and shopping. I visited the spa and the staff could not have been nicer and were very kind. The room service was delicious, I loved the patio facing the water and the ceiling fan was a wonderful addition as we were right near the water. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay!"
