"The hotel and the area is beautiful, we stayed for 7 nights at Wyndham beach. We originally booked the room which had two queen beds, however on arrival we were told that this room is not available and we were offered a king room (which apparently was higher in price). Additionally, we were offered three days discount on the resort fee. It was all fine, but on checkout I had noticed that we were charged for a valley although we haven’t used it. "Extremely friendly staff, just overall dated and cleanliness was lacking. Bathroom had ants, room service trays weren’t picked up for almost 24 hours-even when we set them outside in the hall, had to ask for towels, etc-all minor stuff but it added up. Overall wasn’t terrible, the friendly staff made up for any negatives and the drinks were great. Would probably stay again if it was a trip with kids, but not for a romance/couples trip like this trip was. "
