"Although the hotel was beautiful, the only issue I had was when I booked it. I didn’t realize there were two resorts, Kadani and Jambo. I attempted to surprise my daughter and my grandchildren but when I booked it, I was not given the option of the two hotels and my daughter was staying at Jambo. If I knew there were two resorts I would’ve booked Jambo otherwise the hotel is really beautiful."

"I was impressed with the property. The townhouse was more than I expected. I assumed I was getting a 2 bedroom condo type accommodation. It had 2 stories and the 2 twins were upstairs. The kitchen was spacious. Although I didn’t use much of the utensils or kitchenware it had just about everything one might think they need for a simple meal. The decor was nice. No smells. No bugs. Nothing to complain about in regards to the accommodations.

"I asked to be called my management. Here we are a week later no call back?! The room was filthy and dirty. The bed had bugs on the comforter and in the sheets. The shower had hair all over it , towels dirty, and no washcloth. They give out raffle tickets for breakfast, which we didn't eat due to the rooms being filthy. The refrigerator was not plugged in and barely got cold once we figured out to plug it in. Three TVs are rigged and you have to sign in to your own account but it doesn't allow...
