Corporate Extended Stay America clearly does not care to grow their customer base. The price of $97 per night was way too high for what it turned out to be. Spartan rooms - matresses on top of metal spring frames, linens weren't renewed often enough so even "clean" towels have stains, etc. There were no 24/7 staff and no instructions on how to check out if no one...
