"Very noisy, paper thin walls and floors. Paid for room in advance, ask to move to higher floor due to noise issues. Staff moved to room that smelled very bad. Manager came up next day and said staff shouldnt have moved us, kicked us out of room. Was very rude and irate. We were already settled and stayed. Had a son that was handicapped and they forced us out of hotel because they made a mistake and assigned the room to someone else. Glad it all happened though because we stayed at a much better hotel Parks Residential. Low class people at this hotel. Do NOT waste your money!"

"We stayed here two nights while having a family member at UC Hospital. The bathtub had a stream of water running all night, could not get it to turn off. Refrigerator said it was on max yet did not cool and stunk so bad. The couch was stained. Sheets had some stains and hair attached to it when we pulled back the covers. The carpet had sticky spots all over. And we woke up the next morning with no water in the toilet. When we headed down for breakfast I told the clerk at the desk. He wrote it down. When we got back, I asked that clerk and he knew nothing about it, had no record I had reported it. Yet when we came back that evening, NOTHING had been done. We were tired after a very long day sitting at hospital, we just dealt with it. The breakfast consisted of powder eggs (so gross) sausage, waffles, cereal, and yogurt. We did not bother to eat breakfast the second day. It was an ok stay. However, they need to spend more time cleaning and get some better breakfast options."

"My vehicle was touched by somebody had proof of it. Staff did nothing about it didn’t even wanna cooperate with me felt my safety was jeopardized and staff didn’t even care."

"I needed a crib for my baby. They were very accommodating. Who needed a suite that had a separated door for the bedroom and they also accommodated me there. So very helpful to put me away from the elevators on the 4th floor since I had a baby and that would keep down the noise in my room. I am very happy with my trip and the price was wonderful. The area is very business oriented and feels safe even when coming back in the dark at night."

"Great rate but property is starting to show its age. Also there doesn't appear to be any maintenance on the property grounds...trash and pet excrement everywhere. "

"Building is new and modern. Breakfast was excellent and not expensive. Water pressure and slow or no Wi-Fi needs work. Room was spacious, clean and quiet. Very comfortable beds."
