"The room was decent, clean, and welcoming. Nice touch of local historical art rather than vague abstract pieces often too commonplace in rooms. The hotel is on the older side but everything was functioning. The room was fully equipped and all the appliances were serviceable. Staff were extremely accommodating and very friendly. "The overall stay was disappointing. The reception staff called to remind me about check-out time, which I found unnecessary and disruptive. The hotel did not meet my expectations, and the service could be improved. The rooms, particularly the washroom, are overdue for renovation. The bathroom appeared outdated and not well maintained. Combined with an overall lackluster experience, I don’t feel the hotel offers good value for money."

"Morning staff was so unhelpful while asking for help the lady just turned and started helping the next person. So rude! Security guard offered a taxi off the fare meter which is bad. Tried to jack the price up on me thinking i was a tourist probably. Either way this place is horrible for any service if needed. Wont ever come back here."

The shower did not work neither did the hot water so i had to use a bucket scoop with cold water. Even the cable tv didnt work...all in all this should jave been maybe a 1500 peso room not 2500.
