"This is a truly magical and tranquil place complete with every imaginable luxury. The beds are incredibly comfortable, the rooms and bathrooms are large, even by American standards. I highly recommend staying at this chateau to anyone looking to experience Dordogne at its best. "

"Lovely hotel close to abbey. Staff were very friendly and the accommodation comfortable. Dinner in the restaurant was superb - all locally sourced, beautifully cooked. "Accueil excellent, propreté impeccable des lieux, calme absolu, cuisine savoureuse et généreuse. Extrême gentillesse de Chantal et de sa fille. Exceptionnel rapport qualité prix. Nous recommandons sans réserve. "

"Overall it was a nice hotel for 2 stars, with perfectly clean rooms and friendly staff. The room was a little cramped, not much maneuvering room around the twin beds or in the ensuite, but it was quite cheap and served our purposes nicely. Possibly worth knowing is that the wifi si free but only allows the connection of one device at a time. Breakfast was continental-style, quite varied and 6 euros per person."

"Serviceable room, there are sign of wear and tear. No shampoo/conditioner but everything else was great."
