"My parents really enjoyed stay here.Very friendly staff, clean and well equipped room, good breakfast with plenty of choices. Sea view was beautiful. Pineto city just around the corner with plenty of ice cream shops. Really recommend this hotel to anybody who wants to spend some time on beach."

"Una Oasi molto piacevole per condizioni della struttura e dell'ospitalità. Villa molto curata in tutta la proprietà e la sua recinzione. Il verde che la attornia isola benissimo l'area e permette anche il soggiorno nella giornata parco, piscina giochi ecc. La villa è in una area attorniata da capannoni magazzini che lasciano pensare a zona industriale. Ho fatto un week end quindi non so se nei giorni feriali sia rumorosa oppure no. "Ottima scelta e posizione per una pausa da un lungo viaggio. L'hotel è subito dopo l'uscita di Pescara Nord e ha tutto ciò che serve. Buona la colazione e offre anche il servizio ristorante la sera. Vicino sono presenti dei ristoranti per cenare ma un po' scomodo arrivarci a piedi ed è necessario utilizzare l'auto per girare nei dintorni."
