"Our room was spacious with gray lighting and good TV however the noise from highway was very loud. The breakfast was very basic."

"When we checked in dirty rags were left in the room. In the morning there was no hot water to take a shower. When I called front desk the employee told me they are working on it and that management was on the way to the hotel. Fast forward an hour later, still no hot water. So I spoke to the front desk employee to get a partial refund and cancel my next night, she seemed like she was very bothered with that question."

"We will never return here. Our stay-cation/ granddaughter's 10th bday was a disaster.indoor pool was not open. I spent hours looking for the perfect place to book a room. Several hotels whose indoor pools were closed had a line thru pool so you would know it was not available. This hotel did not. I was not able to get refunded or transfer to another Holiday inn."

"Property was absolutely filthy and needed updated at least a decade ago, if not longer. There is a "remodel" going on, but what exactly is being improved? No clue, we saw no improvements. What we did see was torn and hanging wallpaper literally everywhere, construction dust and trash from days? weeks? months? prior with absolutely no attempt to keep the establishment tidy. There was a sign on the front desk saying there is no maid/housekeeping and it definitely showed. As other reviews for the...

"The room needed extra bedding for the couch pullout bed but overall, nice clean room. The pool is under construction so cannot be used. The complimentary breakfast was a good variety of food and drinks. The parking is $10, not the $5 Expedia states. I would visit again when the pool construction is completed. "
