I arrived at 3:50 and was asked to come back in 10 or 15 minutes because my room was ready. They do not take cash deposits so I had to leave to go put the money on my cash app card. I questioned the attendant on which types of cards would be accepted and he stated we take all Visa and Mastercard. However, when I returned, I was informed that they do not take cash app cards and there’s a long list of cards. They don’t accept so I had to have my significant other pay for the deposit online, which was a whole other ordeal. By the time I got checked into my room, it was 6 PM during all of this trouble with getting checked in the staff was not friendly.
