"There was a roach lying on its back in the refrigerator. Another one crawled up the wall from there later.I went there I couldn’t sleep thinking if I turned the light out, they would all come out. Pet fee was more than advertised. Wouldn’t accept my ESA Letter. I booked for cat and to save, but it was almost just as much and the quality was so bad as to make it not worth saving anything. Wish I went some place else for those 3 nights, but I booked 2 up front already."

"Very nice large room with loads of facilities. Lovely check in staff. Pool area great albeit Lazy River opening times are not quite long enough. Overall recommended."

"The property is right on the beach. The room set up was nice. Beds were super hard. It took forever to get hot water in shower. We had the sign to clean room on so it would be stocked with new towels and so forth but the did not stock tp. We called 3 times to get stocked. Location is great."

"No Housekeeping on entire stay (3days), Front Desk Associate 7-3 shift poor customer service asking for Expresso Coffee, dont want to make it. Breakfast Poor, Coffee not flavor on it. No muffins on Continental Breakfast?. "

"Breakfast every morning was delicious and extensive. Everything in the room was immaculate. The staff is outstanding and very accommodating. Beautifulbeach, groomed every morning. Immaculate pools. Can't say enough about this outstanding resort. Don't hesitate to book your stay here... You won't be disappointed! "

"We enjoyed the facility and the location . Personnel at the front desk is very professional but One the server at the beach restaurant is very arrogant and incompetent ( worst service I never had) There was one thing that really pissed me off : while chairs and and umbrellas are supposed to be free , an extra is charged for a third chair and second umbrella 42$ . This is a small amount compared at the value of our stay but the business model of suck off as much money as possible to the clients already in place is contrary to my values . I asked the hotel to waive this charge , they refused . I will never go back there even I liked the location"

"We liked our stay! Clean rooms, clean resort, friendly staff, & plenty to do! Disappointed we didn’t get a room facing the license to chill area & we called a month in advance to request! Other than that, beautiful resort! Will go back if I get a better location to beach, pool & activity area "
