"The resort amenities are great with the available swimming pool and an exercise area with new equipment. The restaurant had outdoor tables and the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. The menu was the usual resort offerings. The mattress was slightly old and tended to sag on my side although it seemed fine on the other side."

"Amy catered to our every need. Even cleared our breakfast dishes. Also helped with dining recommendations. Continental breakfast was enough to eat and presented well. However got a little boring after 3 days so Amy stopped and got us donuts. Rooms were clean and the Nicole was spacious. The outdoor oasis with pool and hot tub was heaven. "

"Great room with balcony and views. Honestly the bed was maybe worst since I began Traveling in 1967. Very low and Not a normal hotel Heavenly bed. mattress was a match for the poor comfort. Had drinksin lounge and then a late dinner. Servers Christina and the Bree were outstanding....My cheese burger was fantastic.Lovely hotel and Great employees from check in till check out."

"We enjoyed our visit, the breakfast was delicious. Waffles, egg omelette, potatoes with bell peppers, breakfast sandwiches and so much more. The room was clean, well stocked and roomy for 4 adults and one teen. I would have liked the pool to be opened at least an hour later, closes at 9 pm. The pool was perfect to relax, great for the small kids not for swimming. The wind was cold, warmed up next to a fire pit. Take advantage of the parking garage, great price - even though street parking is...

"The staff was great. Great location. But I was itching really bad on my first night because I have sensitive skin, so I put a pretzel down in the other side of the bed that I slept in just to see if they clean their sheets. I checked it the next day I came back and the pretzel was still there. So I slept in the other bed. The next day I asked room service to change the sheets while I was there. The pool was also a brownish. Other than that it wasn’t bad for the price."

"We had a little problem with room service. I ordered a turkey club sandwich, but it came without the turkey. My husband ordered a Cesar salad, which was excellent, but it came without any dressing. I asked for Italian dressing for the salad, twice by phone, no salad dressing ever came. The turkey club was quickly replaced with a sandwich with turkey, which was excellent"

"This property shows it’s wear. It is located on a busy street and outside noise is very prevalent when trying to sleep. Staff was less than enthusiastic about assisting but did so begrudgingly when we requested clean towels after not receiving maid service. Will not stay here again."

"There was no cold water in my room the showers were scalding hot the toilet water was hot the staff were really good people the complimentary breakfast was delicious if you can get past the small issues like no cold water transits hanging around the property and bugs in the room it might be all right"

"Hotel Lindo is "bueno Lindo, indeed" but not suitable for everyone. -If you come during the day to stay in a ground floor unit you'll have zero issues and you're certain to enjoy the property and management. - Unless you're able to be confirmed for a ground floor unit, however, be prepared to climb stairs as there is no elevator. - Late arrivals aren't going to experience a perfect check-in.
