"The room was clean, staff came by the second day asked if we needed anything or if the room needed to be cleaned. During the stay we received clean towels the staff was friendly. The hotel does offer breakfast but not your usual free breakfast. The bar was okay."

The following morning, the lobby was lively with a conference and the location felt safe (which was only a slight concern because we were unfamiliar with the city.) "Many things about the property were not as promised. For example, the ice machine and washing machine did not work at all. Communication with the host was opaque. They sent all Expedia messages as attachments. The checkout instructions were inaccurate. I brought all issues to attention of the host but they never resolved any of them."
