"At first glance this hotel seems like it will be a fun experience, but no. -There is only one elevator for the whole hotel, so it can take about 10mins or more to get to your floor or the front desk. -There is no seat coverings for the toilets, so its a hot bed for getting sick. -The fans in your capsule are a joke. You will roast. -Staff members coughing into their hands, as they lay out breakfast. -No fresh linens unless you pay. Nasty. -No staff after 1am. When someone's card key didn't...

"​This was our second stay at the Aoyama Grand, and just like before, everything was perfect. We stayed in Suite 246 and loved every single detail of the room. The mid-century modern decor is exactly my style, the beds are incredibly comfortable, and the minibar is a wonderful bonus. The restaurants are all excellent, and the bar on the fourth floor has fantastic drinks, good vibes, and great music. Having said all of that, what truly makes this place special is the staff. They are professional...

Its located off the main road there making to a quiet place. Plenty of shopping, and food places just a few blocks away and near the Shibuya crossing."

"I've always loved the Ebisu area of Tokyo for a couple of decades now. Now with this hotel right in the heart of it, I can live there too! It makes it so much more convenient for me, almost too convenient. All my favorite bars and restaurants in Tokyo are located within a couple of blocks of the hotel. Will certainly be back."
