"I have had the pleasure of staying multiple times at Best Western Premier Toronto Airport Carlingview Hotel in Toronto, Ontario, and each visit has been consistently comfortable and welcoming. My recent stays were from February 18–20, 2026; March 12–16, 2026; March 20–25, 2026; and April 14–17, 2026, and the level of service has remained excellent throughout. I would especially like to recognize Sahil and Ihor at the front desk. Sahil provided a warm and efficient check-in experience, making me feel immediately at ease after my travels. Ihor was equally outstanding—always courteous, patient, and ready to assist with directions, key card replacements, and any questions I had during my stay. Their professionalism, kindness, and willingness to go the extra mile truly enhanced my overall experience. It is rare to encounter such consistently attentive service, and they are a credit to the hotel. I will gladly recommend this hotel to my friends and family and look forward to staying here again in the future. "

"Decent hotel with nce staff, location is not the best. The most frustrating part was the room we were assigned. It was a partly underground space, with a pointless windows looking into the wall with small windows, the issue is obviously air circulation as its in fact a window less room with no air intake. Should take these rooms out of circulation since paying $504 for a 3 might stay in a dungeon is unacceptable."

"Room was clean, hotel was in good shape but most of the staff was unhelpful when issues arose. Needing room keys or accommodations for our work staff with multiple rooms, the staff behind the counter would present an issue and reluctant to assist in any support to resolve it"

".We stayed only one night to catch a connecting flight out. Our experience was excellent and the front desk staff was amazing. We had to leave early and unable to enjoy a complementary breakfast. The awesome part was they had a grab and go breakfast for those unable to take advantage of the free breakfast. How many hotels does that? Definitely not Hampton Airport. Thank you Best Western Plus."
