"I am writing to share my feedback following I am writing to share my feedback following my stay at Meldom hotel from July 26th through August 7th. Throughout my two-week stay, I was deeply impressed by the high standard of service provided by the reception staff. Every team member was courteous, professional, and attentive to every detail. My room was consistently spotlessly clean, quiet, and very comfortable. I would like to extend a special note of gratitude to the hotel manager, for his for his exceptional coordination, and to the front desk team for their warm hospitality. "Cool-looking exterior. Convenient for walking to many of the major tourist sights of the city. I did a long morning sightseeing walk in an attempt to avoid the heat of the day and returned just as breakfast was closing. They still let me eat and while doing so all the staff gathered to celebrate one of the hotel worker's birthdays with flowers, clapping, and pictures. Seeing that confirmed the very nice vibe I got from everyone there. What a lovely place! Wifi worked fine and shower pressure was good. AC in room worked great. Highly recommended!"

"First night I was given a room that had not been renovated, and was very hot, since it did not have a real air conditioner. The following morning the staff was very efficient and fast to move me to the upper floors, where the rooms have been remodelled and are very comfortable"

"Loved this hotel. I really liked the delicious breakfast buffet, this was one of the best hotel breakfast buffets in Central Asia in my opinion. The hotel was in a good location, near restaurants and shops and the subway / metro wasn't too far away. I really liked the swimming pool and sauna and we were able to book a 50-minute private access to it each day. Definitely recommend this hotel!"

"Great place, super clean, quiet, spacious with great guests and professional staff who speak English. Laundry is 500 tenge and there is plenty of space for bicycles. The rooms have AC too. Would recommend 110%"
